Your Divorce Can Be Different

So many comedies poke fun at the bitter anger that comes from a divorce - it's funny because it's true. The cut-throat divorce lawyer battling over a record, a rug, or worse, a child. It is no wonder that people are looking for a new way to divorce that looks to resolve issues in a way that allows both parties and their children move on with their new lives.

But is it really possible to have an amicable divorce?

If both parties are willing and it is an uncontested divorce, you can be civil in dividing assets and planning for co-parenting. Child support and custody are not the only concerns, it is often the small details of raising children that become the problem as people start with their new lives.
